What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (a strategy call, a free guide, an MLS search, a pre-approval intro, or an agent-network referral), we collect the fields you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request (timeline, location, price range, and similar). We also store the date and time, the page you submitted from, a record that you checked the consent box, and the exact consent wording shown next to that box. Server logs may include your IP address and browser user-agent for security and abuse prevention. Those log fields are not copied into the email we send to the CRM.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request — to email a guide, to call or text you about a showing or strategy conversation, to set up an MLS search, to introduce you to a lender, or to match you with a vetted agent. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising lists.

Who we share it with

Each form submission is emailed to our customer-relationship system (Follow Up Boss) and copied to Elizabeth so the request can be handled. Depending on what you asked for, we may share relevant details with a referred local agent or a preferred lender. Our website host (GoDaddy) and email providers process the data as part of delivering the site and the mail. If you press play on an Academy video, YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) loads in that player and may set its own cookies — we do not load YouTube until you play. We do not share form submissions with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

Texts and emails

Checking the consent box on a form means you agree to the follow-up described in that box — email, and on phone-collecting forms, text messages about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop email follow-up at the address below. Consent is not a condition of buying a home or hiring an agent.

How long we keep it

We keep form records as long as needed to complete your request and to meet ordinary real-estate record-keeping and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Form records and security logs rotate into dated sidecar files around 5 MB — not a hard stop that drops new records.

Your choices

You may email us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from these forms, or to ask us not to contact you. California residents may also request a list of categories of information collected and the categories of third parties it is shared with for a business purpose. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Children

This site is for adults making real-estate decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
